Eligible for Return & Replacement

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • 🔄 You receive a product different from the one you ordered.

To be eligible, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide your order number along with clear photos or a video of the product.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable if a replacement cannot be arranged. Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method or another agreed method.

Non-Eligible Returns

Returns, replacements, or refunds are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or accidents.

  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery.
